The Wetland Sanctuary is unlike any other site in the region, with panoramic views of Cooper Farm's avian refuge and its gorgeous wetland.  Walk the path through wildflowers and native grasses to emerge at our breathtaking ceremony and event site with room for 300 guests!

Erected in 1880, The Leo Barn and its adjoining 5,000-square-foot courtyard serves as our sprawling space for parties, ceremonies, music, dancing and more.  Gather inside the barn under its two-story, 60-foot ceilings, or gather in the courtyard under our inventive lighting.

The Arlene Barn offers a convertible space directly adjacent to The Leo Barn & Courtyard. At 1,200 square feet, The Arlene Barn comfortably seats 55 guests and features a bar, a full warming kitchen, refrigeration, and 2 bathrooms.  It can be used for private events or for catering and service.

Nestled above The Leo Barn and Courtyard is The Landing - Cooper Farm's intimate, artfully lit space for dinners, dancing, wedding/baby showers, or any event you can dream of.  The Landing features beautiful views of the rolling farmlands at Cooper Farm and comfortably hosts 110 guests (with round tables) for your next intimate event.

Cooper Farm once operated as a successful dairy farm in Otis, IN.  Residents procured their weekly milk and dairy products from the current site of the Milk Bar.  Today, our guests use the space to gather and take advantage of our patio and moveable bar.  The Milk Bar sits adjacent to Leo Barn and our courtyard.

The Woodlands at Cooper Farm offers a peaceful suite for brides (or grooms!).  The barn, which sits steps from The Leo Barn and adjoining courtyard, has a rustic look with modern amenities.  Inquire with our events team about using the bridal suite!
