We do things a differently at The Woodlands. Cooper Farm provides a setting unlike any other, offering versatile spaces across the farm for weddings, gatherings, dinners, corporate events, and so much more.
The farm’s rustic, yet modernized look enhances your event with historic charm. Guests may take advantage of the private, sprawling property for a truly unique experience. We offer indoor and outdoor event spaces, private areas for wedding parties to relax and prepare, an on-site warming kitchen, and several conveniences for your guests, including lakeside lodging.
The Woodlands may be one of the largest event venues in the region, but it is intentionally designed for smaller, more intimate events. Please inquire with our events team for larger event options. We are here to work with you to realize your vision for a safe, fun, and unforgettable event!
The prices below are based on a 220 guest capacity.
Additional guests are welcome, but prices will vary based on additional tables, chairs, staff, etc.
What is included in our base pricing?
On-site ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception spaces;
Use of Leo’s Barn & 5,000-square-foot courtyard, The Landing, The Wetland Sanctuary, The Arlene Barn and The Milk Bar;
Use of our groom's room and bridal barn for ceremony preparation;
Hardwood tables crafted from Cooper Farm timber, along with traditional round tables;
Round and long tables seating 200 guests, including head table for the bride and groom;
Eclectic selection of chairs to match The Woodlands' aesthetic;

Includes the use of the entire property Friday evening through Sunday afternoon. You and your guests will have access to our private lake, walking trails, disc golf putting range, and more.
Choose the onsite ceremony and reception area of your choice.
Set-up and decorate one day prior to your event and eight additional hours day of event.
Includes the use of the groom’s room and bridal barn for the night before and day of event.
Access to one of our sites for a rehearsal dinner or other event functions.
Photography session prior to the event and the use of our warming kitchen.

Our worry-free option! At the conclusion of your event, The Woodlands event staff will gather all wedding/event related materials that you've brought to the farm, refrigerating floral and securely storing your decorations and other items for you to retrieve at a pre-determined date and time.
*Must meet with our venue coordinator to identify specific needs, date/time for pick-up, expectations for clean-up, etc.
